This 87 m² duplex apartment is on the third and top floor with elevator access. It features two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. There are two balconies: one overlooking rue Duhamel, the other facing the inner garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine.
